A single agent turn that tries to parse, reason, validate, and output all at once is brittle. The ant carries one crumb at a time, but it reaches the nest. Design loops where each iteration handles one transformation: extract one fact, validate one claim, invoke one tool. The overhead of orchestration is paid back in debuggability and recovery.
